3. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12 pm are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day (Monday). Our shipping service operates every day except Saturday and Sunday.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We offer a fully tracked service with a 1-hour delivery window, collection point, and safe place options. Estimated delivery times are:

5. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most locations worldwide. However, there are no free deliveries to Northern Ireland BT Postcodes, and a charge of £14.99 applies. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's website.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order to initiate an investigation with the relevant handler. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.
